Shea Figler

Shea Figler is the President and Co-Owner of Advanced Millwork, Inc. since October 1st, 1992 when she founded the company together with her husband Garry. Since then, Shea has not stopped working hard to position the company as the leading architectural millwork company in Florida for over two decades. At the same time, Shea along with Garry were raising their two daughters, currently two young professionals in their respective professional fields. Shea Figler is an excellent communicator, results driven and dedicated businesswoman. Holder of a natural ability to recognize opportunities, conceptualize plans of actions and implement them through completion. Her actions have always been guided by strong sense of right and moral integrity. Due to life changing experiences of having cancer twice, Shea is a symbol of strength and perseverance. Passionate speaker with the ability to positively affect others. Shea Figler oversees sales, marketing, finance, administration, estimating, and shop production for the company. She is enthusiastic and a committed woodworking industry professional for the past 29 years.
